This is a 9-pack of HPE-supplied TS1150-class enterprise backup tape cartridges, shipped in the industry's "TeraPack" bulk-cartridge packaging rather than individual retail boxes - the standard way large tape libraries are restocked. This "Cust" (customer-initialised) variant is supplied blank/uninitialised for the customer's backup software to label and format on first use, as opposed to a pre-certified "Cert" variant. Data centres and enterprises running tape-based backup and archival systems buy tape media in TeraPack quantities like this to keep large automated tape libraries stocked without repeatedly reordering single cartridges. Note: the source listing gives no further technical detail (native capacity, tape length) beyond what's stated here, so this description doesn't invent those figures.
