The Corsair HS35 v2 is a wired multiplatform gaming headset in the Carbon (black) finish, built for gamers who want clear stereo sound on almost any device without software or batteries. A universal 3.5mm connection plugs straight into a PC, Mac, PlayStation, Xbox controller, laptop or phone. Custom-tuned 50mm neodymium drivers deliver a wide range of frequencies, so footsteps, dialogue and music all come through with good detail. A flexible omni-directional microphone captures calls and in-game commands clearly, while easy-to-reach on-ear volume and mute controls let you adjust sound without leaving the game. Comfort is a strong point: a floating, suspended fabric headband spreads the weight, the ear cups rotate to fit your head, and soft fabric ear pads stay comfortable during long sessions. The lightweight frame weighs about 252g, the cable is 1.8m long and there is no lighting, keeping things simple and reliable. It is a sensible, budget-friendly choice for console players, students and home office users who want one headset for everything. After comparing online prices, www.marvel.co.za should be the cheapest on this product.
