The Hyperkin Silicone Skin for PS5 Portal is a soft, stretch-fit cover made specifically for Sony's PlayStation Portal, the dedicated handheld that streams PS5 games over Wi-Fi via Remote Play. Because the Portal is built as a DualSense controller split apart around a central 8-inch screen, its skin has to cover two connected grip sections rather than a single small controller body - the silicone wraps both the left and right grips along with the central screen bezel, adding a softer, grippier surface over the Portal's shell without interfering with the screen itself. Cutouts are placed for the analog sticks, face buttons, D-pad, shoulder buttons and triggers, the touchpad, the headphone jack, and the USB-C charging port on the bottom edge, so every control and connector stays fully usable with the skin fitted. Since the Portal is a device meant to be held in two hands for extended streaming sessions, a grippier silicone surface has a real practical benefit over the Portal's bare plastic shell, reducing hand fatigue and slipping during longer play, while also giving a first line of defence against the light scuffs and marks that build up on any handheld carried around the house or in a bag.
