The HyperX Cloud III S Wireless (HP part A59YZAA) is a black over-ear wireless gaming headset that builds on the Cloud III Wireless. It connects three ways: a low-latency 2.4 GHz USB dongle (USB-C with a USB-C to USB-A adapter included), Bluetooth 5.3 for phones and tablets, and Instant Pair with select OMEN laptops. HyperX quotes up to 120 hours of battery life on 2.4 GHz and up to 200 hours over Bluetooth, with USB-C charging. Angled 53 mm dynamic drivers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz at 64 ohms, and the closed-back, circumaural memory-foam ear cushions give the signature HyperX comfort for long sessions. A detachable boom microphone can be removed and a built-in microphone used instead. It works with PC, Mac, PS5, Nintendo Switch and mobile devices, and HyperX NGENUITY software provides EQ and customisation. The headset weighs 340 g and has a 20 m wireless range.
