The Intellinet 714679 is a 19-inch, 1U horizontal cable management panel for network and server cabinets, wall boxes and 2- or 4-post open frame racks. It sits between patch panels and switches so patch cords can be routed neatly sideways instead of hanging in front of equipment, which keeps the rack tidy, makes ports easier to trace and helps airflow. Front-facing plastic fingers separate and guide cables, pass-through holes at the back let cords move to the rear of the rack, and a removable snap-on cover hides the bundled cables and comes off quickly when you need to add or remove a lead. The panel also provides strain relief, reducing stress on the connectors of switches, servers and patch panels. It is made from black (RAL 9005) plastic and bolts into any standard 19-inch rack using the mounting ears.
