The j5create JTS427 is an adjustable aluminium laptop/tablet stand (supporting devices up to 16" and roughly 9lbs) with a foldable, multi-angle design, paired with a magnetically-attached, detachable mini dock. The mini dock adds two USB-A 5Gbps ports, one USB-C port with 5Gbps data and 100W Power Delivery pass-through, Gigabit Ethernet, and either dual 1080p HDMI or a single 4K HDMI output depending on the host's video mode.
