This is a Jamf professional-services engagement to configure and implement Jamf Connect for a customer new to the product, rather than a physical item. Jamf Connect is Jamf's identity-management add-on for Mac, which lets a Mac authenticate directly against a cloud identity provider (such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, or Google Workspace) at login and keep the local account password in sync -- removing the need for a separate local admin account workflow or on-prem directory binding. This service line covers the initial setup work: configuring the Jamf Connect app, integrating it with the customer's identity provider, and validating the login/sync workflow before rollout.
