Jay PVC Mesh with Liner (Kolok code GLP045) is a 370 gsm mesh banner material on a 3.2 metre wide by 37 metre roll, for wide-format printing of large outdoor banners. Mesh banners are perforated so wind passes through them, which makes them the usual choice for building wraps, scaffolding and fence banners, stadium and event signage, and any large print hung where a solid banner would act like a sail. The liner is a backing sheet that stops ink passing through the mesh onto the printer's platen or belt during printing, and it is peeled away before the banner is hung. The 3,200 mm width suits super-wide solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV roll-to-roll printers, and it allows very large banners to be printed with few or no joins. Finish with hemming or welding and eyelets as usual for mesh.
