The Kiloview MG300 is a compact IP video media gateway that acts as a protocol converter, transcoder, decoder and streaming server in one box. It is used by broadcasters, churches, event producers, security integrators and corporate AV teams to bridge equipment that speaks different streaming protocols. Kiloview's current MG300 (v2) converts between NDI HX, SRT, RTMP/RTMPS, RTSP, TS-UDP and HLS, transcodes between H.265 and H.264, and can handle up to nine 1080p input streams at once, each redistributed to up to four outputs of the same or different protocols. It can also decode streams to its HDMI and 3G-SDI outputs for monitoring or display, and combine sources into a composite stream with custom background and text or graphic overlays. Management is through a web interface or centrally via KiloLink Server Pro, and it supports voice intercom with a USB headset. The unit has two gigabit Ethernet ports, USB-A and USB-C, runs from 12 V DC at up to 7 W, weighs 340 g and measures 162 x 104 x 25 mm, operating from -20 to 60 C.
