The König & Meyer 21337 is a black steel distance rod used to mount a satellite (top) speaker above a subwoofer in a sub-and-top PA system. The bottom has an M20 threaded bolt that screws into subwoofers with an M20 socket, or can be used with the K&M 24116 connector plate, and the top tube is 35 mm in diameter to fit the standard pole socket of most PA speakers. K&M's design gives zero backlash and an absolutely vertical position, so the top box sits straight and secure. Height adjusts from 905 mm to 1,450 mm using a spring-loaded bolt and locking screw with a safety bolt, and the rod supports up to 35 kg. It is a two-piece design made from steel, weighs 2.54 kg and includes a mounting aid for a precise vertical fit. Popular with mobile DJs, bands and rental companies.
