This is a genuine Lexmark folding accessory (finisher unit) designed to add booklet-style folding capability to compatible Lexmark CX83x/95x/96x, CS96x, and MX95x-series enterprise laser printers. Fitted as an add-on to a supported printer, it lets an office or print shop automatically fold printed sheets — useful for producing booklets, brochures, or folded mailers directly from the printer rather than folding by hand. Like other Lexmark finishing accessories, it's not a standalone printer and must be attached to one of the specific compatible printer models named in its part number. Best suited to businesses with in-house print/finishing needs rather than typical home or small-office buyers.
