The Libec NX-400MQC is a complete video tripod system combining the NH40 fluid head with QL40C carbon-fibre Quick Lock legs, a BR-2B mid-level spreader, FP-1B large rubber feet and an RC-30 carrying case. It is designed for videographers and broadcast crews using camcorders and cinema cameras up to 10 kg, for news, events, documentary and corporate work. The NH40 head has a counterbalance range of 0 - 10 kg (at 55 mm centre of gravity) with free plus five steps, a multilayered metal drag system with free plus three steps, tilt from +90 to -70 degrees, an illuminated bubble level and operation from -40 to +60 C. Its sliding camera plate (+/-30 mm) is compatible with Manfrotto and Sachtler-style plates, a long plate is included, and the head fits both 75 mm bowls and flat bases. The two-stage QL40C carbon legs use a single flip lock per leg for fast height changes from 79.5 to 167 cm, with a 75 mm bowl and accessory threads on the tripod. The whole system weighs 4.5 kg.
