The Mad Catz R.A.T. 6+ in black is a mid-tier entry in Mad Catz's flagship adjustable mouse line, aimed at players who want real weight and shape tuning alongside serious sensor performance. It's built around a PMW3360 optical sensor capable of up to 12,000 DPI, with 250 IPS tracking speed, 50G of acceleration and a 1ms polling rate, giving it plenty of headroom for fast FPS play. The shell carries 11 fully programmable buttons across 3 on-board profiles with macro support timed to 1/2000th of a second, and the signature R.A.T. adjustable palm rest lets the mouse be lengthened or shortened to fit different hand sizes and grip styles. A variable weight system takes the mouse from 120g up to 141g by adding weights inside the body, letting players dial in exactly how much heft they want under their palm. It measures 119 x 88 x 39mm, connects over a 1.8m braided-fibre cable, and lights up in 16.8-million-colour RGB with breathing, heartbeat and colour-cycling effects, all tuned through Mad Catz's companion software on Windows 7, 8 or 10.
