The Mad Catz T.E.3 is a tournament-grade arcade fight stick built around genuine Sanwa Denshi components — the same 8-way ball-top joystick and action buttons used in real Japanese arcade cabinets — laid out in the classic Vewlix arcade spacing that competitive fighting-game players expect. Its 8 main action buttons are joined by 2 additional programmable buttons for custom hotkeys or macros, a Key Lock switch that disables the pause/menu button for tournament-legal play, and adjustable turbo that can be applied to any button. It connects over wired USB 2.0 with a 1-metre cable — USB-A for PC and USB-C for PS4 — and works across PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The chassis is deliberately mod-friendly: a removable top panel swaps in custom artwork or lets players access and replace internal components, and the stick includes a carry handle, shoulder-strap attachment points, and in-unit storage for travelling to events.
