The Netix ZA-CAT6-10M is a 10-metre grey CAT6 UTP patch cable terminated with RJ45 plugs at both ends, ready to plug straight in. Ten metres covers most runs from one room to the next: router to home office, switch to a ceiling access point, or fibre ONT to a smart TV or gaming console down the passage. CAT6 cabling supports Gigabit Ethernet and is backward compatible with CAT5e and CAT5 ports on routers, switches, laptops, PCs, NVRs and printers. A wired connection like this is the simple fix for a streaming box or PC that drops out on Wi-Fi, and it is a sensible spare to keep with any network installation kit. The neutral grey jacket blends in along skirtings and walls. Supplied in Netix retail packaging; Esquire lists it with no warranty.
