Heat builds up quickly inside a closed cabinet full of switches, routers, NVRs and UPS units, and adding a fan to the cabinet's roof cut-out helps pull warm air out and keep equipment running reliably. This fan is a square AC unit (Jinyuda FD1225A2S, 120mm-class frame) rated for 220-240V 50/60Hz, and it comes pre-wired with a South African plug, so it plugs straight into a wall socket or a rack power strip with no extra wiring or 12V adaptor needed.
