The Neutrik NAC3M-TRUE1-S is a powerCON TRUE1 TOP male cable connector for building rugged, locking mains power leads for stage, lighting, audio and outdoor installations. powerCON TRUE1 replaces ordinary IEC appliance couplers wherever a tough, lockable and weather-sealed power connection is needed, and it is a true mains connector with breaking capacity, meaning it may be connected or disconnected under load. It is rated 16 A / 250 V AC to EN IEC 60320-1 (20 A / 250 V AC under UL and CSA), has 2 poles plus protective earth, and is sealed to IP65 and IP67 when mated or capped. The high-impact, UV-resistant polyamide shell uses Neutrik's twist-lock and locking bushing, and the '-S' version's strain relief takes cable diameters of 6 to 12 mm with 1.5 to 2.5 mm2 conductors. Silver-plated copper alloy contacts are rated for more than 5,000 mating cycles. It is ENEC, VDE, UL and CSA certified. A single connector is supplied for assembly onto your own cable; tools and sealing caps are separate accessories.
