The Panaro PRO 005 is a small black protective hard case supplied empty with convoluted (egg-crate) foam, for carrying compact, delicate equipment such as microphones, wireless bodypacks, cables, tools and small instruments. Its internal dimensions are 290 mm long, 91 mm wide and 65 mm high, making it best suited to long, slim items. Convoluted foam cushions the contents from above and below without needing to be cut, so the case can be used straight away for a mix of small items, or fitted with your own custom foam insert. It is a practical option for sound engineers, touring and rental technicians and field service staff who want inexpensive, rugged protection for small valuable gear in transit. The case is black. A version fitted with pre-cubed pick-and-pluck foam is sold separately as the PRO 005S. Panaro cases are distributed in South Africa by AV Distribution alongside its Stage Plus products.
