Garmin Panoptix LiveScope System thru-hull

The Garmin Panoptix LiveScope System is Garmin's live scanning sonar platform, which shows real-time, video-like images of fish, structure, and bait swimming beneath and around the boat as they actually move — rather than the historical "scrolled" image produced by traditional fishfinders — including when the boat is sitting still. This listing is the thru-hull variant, using the LVS32-TH transducer designed for permanent installation through the hull itself, as opposed to a transom-bracket or trolling-motor-mount transducer, giving a fixed, always-in-position live sonar view without a mount hanging off the back of the boat.
The system pairs the LVS32-TH thru-hull transducer with Garmin's GLS 10 sonar black box, the processing unit that generates the LiveScope image and feeds it to a compatible Garmin chartplotter over the Garmin Marine Network — the transducer cannot function without the GLS 10 paired to it, and a compatible display is needed to actually view the sonar image, as this system does not include its own screen. LiveScope supports live-scanning views from the same transducer, letting anglers track individual fish and lures in real time, watch fish react to a bait, and see structure detail well beyond what CHIRP sonar alone shows. Thru-hull mounting is a permanent installation suited to boats being built or substantially refitted, and requires haul-out access to the hull for fitting — unlike the transom or trolling-motor mounts in Garmin's other LiveScope kits, which can be added without hull penetration.
