This is a Plus Audio spare replacement cable for the EMS and HMS headset microphones, terminated for Shure wireless systems, in beige. Plus Audio is a South African pro-audio brand whose EMS1 earset and HMS1 headworn microphone systems ship with adapter cables for Shure and Sennheiser wireless systems. The EMS1 and HMS1 both have a 1.4 mm diameter, 1.2 m cable. This spare replaces the Shure-terminated adapter cable used to connect an EMS or HMS microphone to a Shure wireless bodypack transmitter, so a presenter, worship leader, actor or fitness instructor can keep using the mic if the original cable is lost or damaged. Replacement cables are also useful for rental companies and venues that keep spares for their headset mic stock. Match the colour to the microphone for the most discreet look under stage lighting. The beige version blends in with skin tones and suits theatre, broadcast and presentations where the mic should be as invisible as possible.
