The Procab BSV150/3 is a 3 metre DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable from Procab's Connect (basic) series, for connecting computers, graphics cards and media players to monitors and displays in offices, meeting rooms and AV installations. Procab is the cable brand of the Belgian PVS group (sister brand to Audac), and it makes premade AV and data cables for installers and rental companies. It supports DisplayPort 1.2, with resolutions up to 4K x 2K (3840 x 2160) at 60 Hz, a maximum HBR2 bandwidth of 21.6 Gbps and optional audio. The cable uses gold-plated contacts, oxygen-free copper conductors and triple shielding in a flexible PVC jacket; lengths below 5 m, such as this one, use 30 AWG conductors. It carries a CE certificate. Note that Procab now lists the 3 m length as discontinued, so this is likely remaining stock.
