The Procab BSV110/3 is a 3 metre HDMI cable with an HDMI type A male connector at each end, from Procab's Basic/Connect series of installation and AV cables. It is intended for everyday HDMI interconnections in audiovisual and IT systems: linking a laptop, media player, set-top box or camera to a display, projector, switcher or AV receiver in meeting rooms, classrooms, retail and home cinema. Procab specifies it as a High Speed HDMI cable with Ethernet at lengths below 10 m, so this 3 m version carries 1080p, 4K x 2K and 3D signals and supports the HDMI Ethernet channel and audio return channel (ARC). It uses gold-plated contacts, oxygen-free copper 30 AWG conductors and triple shielding (foil around each pair, overall aluminium-mylar foil and an aluminium-magnesium braid) under a 6.0 mm black PVC outer jacket, which keeps it flexible enough for patching behind equipment. The cable is supplied ready-made with moulded connectors. Procab now lists the BSV110 range as discontinued with no direct successor, so this is remaining stock.
