The Procab CLD610/3 is a 3 metre USB 2.0 cable with a USB Type-A plug on one end and a USB Type-B plug on the other, from Procab's budget-friendly Classic series. Procab is the cable brand of the Belgian PVS group (sister brand to Audac), and it makes premade AV and data cables for installers and rental companies. This type of cable connects larger devices such as printers, scanners, audio interfaces, mixers, MIDI controllers and other studio or office equipment to a computer. It uses 28 AWG data and 24 AWG power conductors with thin, densely stranded oxygen-free copper, triple shielding (two aluminium foils plus braiding) against interference, gold-plated connectors and a flexible PVC jacket with a 5.6 mm outer diameter. At 3 m it gives enough reach to place a printer or interface away from the desk. The cable weighs about 110 g and carries a CE certificate.
