The PXN SFU is an H-pattern racing gear shifter built around a 7-speed-plus-reverse gate, using a press-down reverse gear lockout so reverse can't be selected accidentally under normal shifting pressure — matching how a real sequential-gate manual gearbox typically protects reverse. It uses a 16-bit sensor for shift detection, giving precise, consistent registration of each gear position, and is built from aluminium alloy for long-term durability rather than the plastic internals found in entry-level shifters. A slot-guided shifting mechanism keeps the stick tracking cleanly through the gate pattern rather than wandering between gears, which matters most during fast, repeated shifts in competitive or endurance racing. It measures roughly 172mm in length/depth, 107mm wide and 231mm tall, giving it a compact footprint that suits desk mounting as easily as a full sim rig. It connects over USB for plug-and-play PC use and is designed to complement PXN's wider range of direct-drive and belt-driven wheelbases as a genuine H-pattern manual-shifting companion.
