Radial Engineering Radial Catapult MINI TX 4ch cat-5 mini breakout box to XLR-F tails, uses shielded cat-5

The Radial Catapult Mini TX (order no. R800 8028) is a compact, passive four-channel analogue audio snake end that sends mic or line signals over a single shielded Cat 5 or Cat 6 Ethernet cable. This TX version has four female XLR tails, so microphones or line sources plug straight into it on stage or in a remote room, and the RJ45 connector on the body carries all four balanced channels. It pairs with the Catapult Mini RX (male XLR tails) or any other Radial Catapult module, since all are compatible, to create a lightweight snake that replaces bulky multicore cable. Because the signal stays analogue with a straight-wire connection from XLR to RJ45, there is no digital conversion, latency or power needed, and venues can reuse existing network cabling between rooms. The housing is 16-gauge steel, the tails are protected by expandable mesh sheathing and colour-coded heatshrink labels identify each channel. Suited to churches, schools, conference venues and touring rigs. Cat 5 cable and the receiving unit are sold separately.
