Radial Engineering Radial ProD2 Passive DI with two channels, made for high output keyboards

The Radial ProD2 (part R800 1102 00) is a two-channel passive direct box, essentially two Radial ProDI boxes in one compact enclosure. It is designed to connect stereo keyboards, digital pianos, samplers, drum machines, DJ equipment and other high-output sources to a PA system or recording setup without noise or distortion, and it works equally well for two separate instruments such as bass and acoustic guitar. Each channel uses an Eclipse ET-DB2 transformer (12:1) giving 20 Hz to 18.5 kHz response within ±0.2 dB and 128 dB dynamic range; because a transformer saturates gently instead of clipping, very loud transients are rounded off naturally. Each channel has a 1/4-inch input, a 1/4-inch thru for a local amp or monitor, and a balanced XLR output, plus a -15 dB pad for hot sources. A ground lift switch eliminates hum and buzz from ground loops. The rugged 14-gauge steel book-end enclosure protects switches and jacks, and the unit can be rack-mounted with Radial's rack adaptors. It measures 127 x 84.1 x 45.5 mm, weighs 0.54 kg and needs no power.
