More Info

The Radial Tonebone Trimode (Radial order number R800 7015) is a dual-channel tube distortion pedal for electric guitarists who want real valve-amp character from a pedalboard. A 12AX7 tube in a hybrid circuit gives the dynamic feel and harmonics of a tube amplifier, and the three modes the name refers to are clean true bypass, crunchy rhythm and power lead. Each channel has its own input and drive control, a three-position drive-gain switch selects mild to full saturation, and an Interstage gain control fine-tunes the rhythm channel. A passive interactive EQ, a top-end switch, a filter to tame bright amps and separate three-position mid-boost switches shape the tone, and the lead channel has an effects loop that engages automatically when the lead channel is selected, so delay or chorus can come in for solos. It is built from 14-gauge steel, measures 200 x 114 x 52 mm, and ships with a 15 V DC power supply. Radial lists this model as discontinued, so this is remaining stock.
