The Redragon ARES (H120) is an entry-level over-ear gaming headset in black, built in a plain, no-RGB finish for players who want a straightforward budget headset for PC or console. It uses 40mm drivers for stereo gaming audio and an omni-directional noise-cancelling microphone for voice chat, connecting via a 3.5mm combo jack or 3.5mm split cable to suit either single-jack laptops or dual-jack desktop motherboards, with in-line volume controls on the cable for quick adjustment. An adjustable headband and memory-foam leatherette earcups keep it comfortable over longer sessions, and the simple 3.5mm-based connectivity means no drivers or software are needed - it works as soon as it's plugged in. As one of Redragon's most affordable headsets, the ARES targets first-time gaming headset buyers and budget builds where a dedicated mic and basic comfort matter more than RGB or wireless features.
