The ASUS ROG Strix Scar is ASUS's flagship gaming laptop line, and this configuration pairs an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX (Arrow Lake HX-series, 2.7GHz base) with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 mobile graphics card, 32GB of DDR5-6400 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD — one of the most powerful spec combinations currently available in a laptop chassis. It ships with Windows 11 Home and a 3-year warranty. The Strix Scar line is built for competitive and enthusiast gamers wanting desktop-replacement performance, high refresh-rate gaming and enough graphics horsepower for demanding creative work like 3D rendering and video editing on the move, in a chassis engineered for sustained heavy loads rather than thin-and-light portability.
