The Schill GT 310.RM-Kernloch 43-Klett (order number 270 39 000 000) is an empty professional cable drum made from Schill's speciality rubber, for storing and deploying audio, video, fibre, multicore and power cables on stage, in outside broadcast and in rental work. It comes with an auxiliary spool with a touch-fastener strap, which holds a spare length of cable or the connector end. The core has a 43 mm hole so a pre-terminated cable assembly or connector can pass through or be panel-mounted in the hub. The 310 mm drum weighs 1.8 kg, has a 170 mm core and a 132 mm winding width, and stands on an integrated frame with a carry handle. Capacity depends on cable diameter, from about 135 m of 7 mm cable to 33 m of 14 mm cable. Rubber drums like this take knocks well and stay quiet when rolled out on set. Cable is not included.
