The Sennheiser Adapter Set NT 12-5 CW+ (article 508997) is a complete set of interchangeable mains plug adapters for the NT 12-5 CW+ plug-in power supply that powers the EW-D EM receiver from Sennheiser's Evolution Wireless Digital series. The NT 12-5 CW+ uses swappable plug heads so one power supply can be used in different countries; this set replaces lost or damaged heads, or lets a touring engineer, rental company or installer carry every plug type in one kit. The set consists of several clip-on plug heads covering common international socket standards, including the Europlug, the British three-pin plug, the US/Japanese flat-pin plug and the Australian angled-pin plug, among others. The adapters clip onto the power supply body and contain no electronics of their own. Sennheiser lists the set weight as about 95 g and a 2-year warranty. The power supply itself and the receiver are not included. For South African installations note that a local Type M plug is not among the heads shown, so a suitable travel adapter may still be needed.
