The Sennheiser AM 2 is an antenna front mount kit for 19-inch rack installations. It lets you bring the BNC antenna connections of a rack-mounted Sennheiser receiver or in-ear monitor transmitter out to the front of the rack, so antennas can be fitted where they have a clear line of sight to the stage rather than hidden behind the equipment. Sennheiser lists it for the EM 100, EM 300 and EM 500 G2 and G3 receivers, EM 100 G4 and EM 300-500 G4, the EW-D EM and EW-DX EM 2 receivers and the SR 300 IEM G2 transmitter. The kit consists of two short BNC cables with panel-mount BNC sockets and is used together with Sennheiser's GA-series rack mount kit (the product page references GA 2 and GA 3). It is a typical accessory for sound companies, venues and houses of worship installing wireless systems in racks.
