The Sennheiser CHG 70N-C (article 700332) is a network-enabled two-bay charger for Sennheiser Evolution Wireless Digital gear. Each bay takes an EW-DX SKM handheld transmitter, an EW-DX SK bodypack transmitter or a BA 70 battery pack, and charging reaches about 80 percent in 2 hours and full charge in about 3 hours. It is aimed at venues and rental companies running EW-DX systems that want charging status visible over the network: the charger can be monitored and controlled from Sennheiser Control Cockpit and third-party control systems via its RJ45 Ethernet port. Note that the CHG 70N-C does not include a power supply. A single unit can be powered via PoE (IEEE 802.3af), or several chargers can be cascaded from the separate CHG 70N-C + PSU kit (700333) - up to five chargers, and ten bays, from one power supply and one network connection. It operates from -10 to +50 degrees Celsius and weighs 640 g. Sennheiser covers it with a two-year warranty.
