The Sennheiser EW-DP ME2 Set (S1-7) is a portable digital UHF wireless lavalier system aimed at filmmakers, content creators, videographers and broadcast crews. The compact EW-DP EK single-channel receiver mounts on a camera via cold shoe or cheese plate and outputs through locking 3.5 mm or XLR cables, while the EW-D SK bodypack drives Sennheiser's ME 2 omnidirectional clip-on microphone, a small and forgiving lavalier for interviews and dialogue. The UHF link is more stable and longer-range than typical 2.4 GHz camera systems, with 134 dB dynamic range, 24-bit audio and 1.9 ms latency, and setup is handled in the Sennheiser Smart Assist app. This S1-7 variant tunes 606.2 to 662 MHz.
