Sennheiser EW-DX EM 4 DANTE (S1-10)

More Info

The Sennheiser EW-DX EM 4 DANTE (S1-10, article 509372) is a four-channel, full-rack (19-inch, 1U) digital receiver from the Evolution Wireless Digital range, built for theatres, conference venues, houses of worship, broadcast and touring rigs that run many wireless microphones over a Dante audio network. It works with EW-DX handheld, bodypack and table-stand transmitters and covers 606.2 to 693.8 MHz in the S1-10 variant, with up to 88 MHz switching bandwidth. Equidistant channel spacing allows up to 146 channels in standard mode or 293 in Link Density mode, and the proprietary SePAC codec gives 1.9 ms latency with a 141 dB input dynamic range so transmitter gain never needs setting. The rugged metal housing has an internal auto-switching power supply with IEC inlet, four configurable network ports (control, Dante primary and secondary), an integrated antenna splitter with loop-through to daisy-chain up to four units, AES-256 and Dante media encryption, an OLED display with jog wheel, and a front headphone output. It is controllable via Sennheiser Control Cockpit, WSM, SoundBase or the Smart Assist app over Bluetooth LE. Dimensions are 483 x 44 x 373 mm and power draw is up to 37 W.
