Sennheiser GZL RG 8X - 20m Low Damping Coaxial Cable with BNC Connector

The Sennheiser GZL RG 8x - 20m (article 700165) is a 20-metre low-loss 50-ohm coaxial antenna cable terminated with BNC connectors at both ends. It is used to connect remote or directional antennas, antenna splitters and boosters to wireless microphone receivers and in-ear transmitters, so the antennas can be placed high and in line of sight of performers rather than at the rack. RG 8x has lower attenuation than the thinner RG 58 version, which matters on long runs: Sennheiser specifies 16.8 dB per 100 m at 400 MHz, a maximum operating frequency of 4 GHz, 82 pF/m capacitance and conductor DC resistance of 3.2 ohm per 100 m or less. The cable is 6.8 mm in diameter, is rated from -40 to 70 degrees C, and weighs about 875 g. It suits installers, rental companies and churches running UHF wireless systems. Warranty is two years.
