The Sennheiser HSP Essential Omni (beige, 3-pin) is a lightweight neckband headset microphone for presenters, fitness instructors, worship leaders and stage performers who need hands-free speech pickup that stays inconspicuous. It uses the newly developed KE 4 condenser capsule with an omnidirectional pattern, so placement at the cheek is forgiving, and it handles up to 148 dB SPL without distortion. The flexible, ergonomic neckband adapts to different head sizes for a secure but gentle fit during long sessions, and the beige colour blends with skin tones. A patented umbrella diaphragm and rubber sealing ring make it sweat-resistant, and all parts can be replaced individually. This version is terminated with a 3-pin connector for Sennheiser wireless bodypack transmitters (e.g. evolution wireless and EW-D SK with 3.5 mm locking jack). Frequency response is 20 - 20,000 Hz, the cable is 1.3 m long and the microphone weighs only 25 g.
