The Sennheiser MM 435 is the exchangeable wireless microphone capsule based on the MD 435 dynamic vocal microphone. It fits Sennheiser handheld wireless transmitters that accept the standard Sennheiser capsule thread and gives them the MD 435's open, detailed cardioid sound with better high-frequency resolution, extra sparkle and presence on loud stages. The cardioid pattern is forgiving for performers who move around the microphone while still rejecting sound from behind. Specifications: dynamic transducer, cardioid pickup, 40 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, 1.8 mV/Pa sensitivity, 163 dB maximum SPL, dynamic range above 146 dB(A) and an equivalent noise level of 17 dB(A). The module measures 51 mm in diameter by about 72 mm and weighs approximately 119 g. It is supplied as the capsule only, without a handheld transmitter.
