The Sennheiser Profile table stand (article 700102) is the replacement desktop base for the Sennheiser Profile USB microphone, the plug-and-play condenser microphone aimed at podcasters, streamers, video callers and home-studio creators. The low, square black base keeps the Profile steady on a desk and uses a standard 3/8-inch thread, and its underside is protected so it will not scratch furniture. It is useful as a spare if the original base is lost or damaged, or for keeping a second desk set up when the microphone itself is moved between a boom arm and a desk position. Sennheiser lists the stand at 103 x 104 mm with a height of just 24 mm and a weight of 77 g, so it takes up very little space next to a keyboard or laptop. Because it uses a common 3/8-inch thread it may also suit other small microphones on the same thread, though Sennheiser designed it for the Profile. Only the stand is supplied; the microphone is not included. It carries Sennheiser's two-year warranty.
