The Sennheiser XSW-D Hotshoe Mount (article 508651) is a camera mount for the receiver of Sennheiser's XS Wireless Digital (XSW-D) portable systems. The XSW-D portable receiver is a compact plug-on unit for cameras; this adapter lets it sit securely in a camera's hot shoe or cold shoe instead of dangling from its cable or being taped to the rig, keeping the receiver close to the camera's audio input and out of the way while shooting. As Sennheiser's product image shows, it is a small black mount with a standard shoe foot and a knurled locking ring for a firm fit on the camera.
