The Sennheiser XSW-D Lavalier Set (article 508485) is a compact 2.4 GHz digital wireless kit that turns an ME2-II clip-on lavalier into a wireless microphone with one-touch pairing. The small Mini Jack TX transmitter takes the ME2-II on its 3.5 mm input, and the XLR male RX receiver plugs straight into a mixer, PA speaker, camera adapter or audio interface. It is aimed at presenters, lecturers, worship leaders and content creators who want a reliable wireless lav without frequency planning. Range is up to 75 m in optimal conditions, latency is below 4 ms, and the aptX Live codec delivers 80 Hz to 18 kHz response with a signal-to-noise ratio of at least 106 dB. Both units use built-in lithium-ion batteries rated for up to 5 hours, charged in about 3 hours over USB. Multiple transmitters can be linked to one receiver, and either end can mute.
