The Sennheiser XS Wireless Digital (XSW-D) Presentation Base Set (article 508492) is a one-touch digital wireless kit for presenters and speakers who want to use their own clip-on or headset microphone. It pairs an XSW-D transmitter with a 3.5 mm (1/8") mini-jack input with an XSW-D receiver that plugs straight into a mixer or PA via its XLR male output, and includes a belt clip and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. Operating in the licence-free 2.4 GHz band, it works worldwide and reaches up to about 75 m in optimal conditions, with latency under 4 ms using aptX Live. Both units have built-in lithium-ion batteries giving up to 5 hours' use and charging in about 3 hours. Multiple transmitters can be linked to one receiver, and either end can mute. Audio response is 80 - 18,000 Hz, SNR at least 106 dB. A microphone is not included.
