The Must LP16-48100, sold by Esquire under the Solarix range, is a 51.2V, 100Ah LiFePO4 wall-mount battery for 48V hybrid and off-grid inverters of up to about 7kVA, the typical size for a South African home backup or solar install. Esquire rates it at 4.8kWh usable (5.12kWh nominal), with 100A maximum continuous charge and discharge. A built-in BMS with current limiting talks to the inverter over CAN 2.0 or RS485 (RS232 also listed), and Esquire names Deye, Growatt, SolaX, LuxPower, Must, Voltronic, Victron and SMA among compatible brands. Up to four packs can run in parallel with full communication if you want to expand storage later. The front LCD panel and battery indicator show status at a glance. LiFePO4 cells give a rated 6000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge and a design life of around 15 years. Dimensions are about 400 x 150 x 580 mm and weight around 44 kg, with wall brackets included. Esquire lists a 3-year limited warranty.
