This Stage Plus premade patch cable (SP-CABSTTS3PTS3P005S) is a 5 m balanced lead with an Amphenol TS3P 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) three-pole stereo (TRS) phone plug at each end, assembled by Stage Plus in South Africa on black Sommer Cable Stage 22 Highflex two-conductor cable. A TRS-to-TRS lead carries balanced line-level audio between equipment fitted with 1/4 inch jack sockets, such as mixer outputs, audio interfaces, studio monitors, keyboards with balanced outputs, outboard processors and patchbays; it can also carry a stereo signal where both devices expect one on a TRS jack. Sommer's Stage 22 Highflex has two 0.22 mm2 (AWG 24) oxygen-free copper conductors, a copper spiral screen with 100% optical coverage, and a 6.5 mm black PVC jacket rated from -25 to +80 degrees C. The 5 m length suits runs between a desk and a nearby rack or monitors in studio and stage setups.
