This Stage Plus premade speaker cable is a 20 metre loudspeaker lead with an Amphenol SP4FNSG 4-pole female cable connector at each end, built on Sommer Cable's Elephant SPM425 speaker cable. It is made up in South Africa by Stage Plus for PA companies, venues, churches and installers who need a ready-to-use, heavy-gauge run from a power amplifier to a passive loudspeaker or monitor. Elephant SPM425 is a 4 x 2.5 mm² oxygen-free copper speaker cable designed for professional PA, sub and surround systems. The four conductors let one cable carry two amplifier channels, for example a bi-amped full-range box or a pair of passive cabinets on a link. The cable is black. Amphenol's SP-series locking 4-pole speaker connectors mate with the common 4-pole panel sockets found on amplifiers and loudspeakers. Check the wiring convention (1+/1-, 2+/2-) against your system before use.
