Stingray Gloss Anti-UV Laminate is an 80 micron clear protective overlaminate film for wide-format printing, supplied on a 1520 mm wide roll that is 45 m long (Kolok code IV4020). Sign shops, print bureaus and vehicle-wrap installers apply it over printed self-adhesive vinyl, posters and banners, usually with a cold roll laminator, to shield the ink from scratches, abrasion, moisture, cleaning chemicals and graffiti. Its anti-UV formulation helps reduce the fading that sunlight causes in printed inks, so outdoor signage, window graphics, floor graphics and point-of-sale displays keep their colour for longer. The film has a high-gloss finish that makes colours look deeper and more saturated. The 1520 mm width suits the matching size of printable vinyl and printers of that class; choose a laminate at least as wide as the printed media. It is sold as a single roll; store it flat or hanging in its box, away from heat and dust, and test compatibility with your printer's inks before running a large job.
