The Total Fabrications OV30 2.0 m section is a 300 mm square (box) aluminium truss section from the OV range made by Total Solutions Group in the UK, used by rigging, staging, rental and exhibition companies for lighting and speaker trusses, ground-support structures, goalposts, booths and roof systems. The section measures 2000 x 300 x 300 mm and weighs 12.3 kg. It is built from EN AW-6082 T6 aluminium with 48.3 x 2.6 mm main chords and specially extruded braces whose pattern was engineered around common slinging and support methods. OV truss is designed to the latest Eurocodes, manufactured to EN 1090-1, and its load charts are calculated to EN 17115. Sections join with conical (taper) connectors fixed with TFC pins and R3 clips for quick, rigid assembly.
