The TP-Link Tapo C545D is an outdoor pan/tilt camera with two 2K 3MP lenses: an ultra-wide 2.53 mm lens covering 165° and a 6 mm telephoto lens on the rotating head. Tap a spot in the wide view and the telephoto lens turns to it, and it can track a person or car on its own, making it a good fit for a driveway, yard or small business frontage. The housing is IP66 rated, mounts on a wall, eave or pole, and works from -30 to 60 °C. Night vision reaches about 30 m with infrared, or switches to colour mode. AI detects people, pets, vehicles, line crossing and tampering, and a 99 dB siren plus two-way audio help deter intruders. Unlike most Tapo cameras it can connect by 10/100 Ethernet as well as Wi-Fi 6 (2.4 GHz), and it supports RTSP/ONVIF, microSD up to 512 GB and Tapo Care cloud. Powered by a 12 V DC adapter; bracket, screws, waterproof seal and guide are included.
