The TP-Link Tapo S112 is a compact in-wall smart switch module that makes existing light switches, roller shutters and blinds smart without changing your wall plates. It fits behind a switch or in a small wall box (44.7 x 40.7 x 16.1 mm) and can either drive a roller shutter or blind motor, or control two lights separately. Once wired in, you control it from the Tapo app, by voice, or on a schedule, and the original wall switch still works. It connects over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, which also allows setup and local control without Wi-Fi. The S112 is Matter-certified and works with Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings and IFTTT, and it monitors the energy use of whatever it controls. Zero-crossing switching protects the relay and extends its life, and over-temperature protection cuts power if it overheats. It is rated 100-250V, 6A resistive / 150W LED, for indoor use only, and should be installed by a qualified electrician. In the box: module, 3 jumper wires, wire labels and guide.
