The TP-Link VIGI C540V is a 4MP outdoor pan/tilt network camera with a dual-lens design that gives 3x mixed zoom (4-12 mm), so you can watch a wide area and then zoom in on a number plate or face from the VIGI app or an NVR. The head pans 0-332° and tilts 0-120°, with up to 300 presets, patrol scans, 3D positioning and automatic tracking. Three white LEDs give 24-hour full-colour video up to 30 m, with an infrared LED as the alternative night mode. Smart detection classifies humans and vehicles and covers intrusion, line crossing, region entering/exiting and object abandoned/removed events, and active defence can sound an alarm and flash the light. A built-in mic and speaker give two-way audio, and a microSD slot (up to 256 GB) allows on-board recording. It is IP66 rated, powers from PoE (802.3at) or 12 V DC, and supports H.265+ and ONVIF.
